We do not control how Meta collects or uses this data — we only receive aggregated insights for statistical purposes (e.g., age range, interaction counts) to help us understand engagement and improve our services.
The social media platform providers (Facebook and Instagram) are based outside the UK/EEA (USA & Ireland). Data processed by these providers may be transferred internationally under their own legal frameworks. Names and email addresses of people who download our resources are kept until the user unsubscribes from the mailing list. This can be done via a link in every email.
The names and email addresses of people who contact us using our published email address are kept until three months after the end of the correspondence.
The names and contact details of people who contact us via private direct messages on Facebook and Instagram are kept until three months after the end of the correspondence.
