  • Collecting from clients: name and email address so that we can send a resource that has been requested and also send future free resources and marketing emails, or to reply to an email sent to our published email address.

We do not control how Meta collects or uses this data — we only receive aggregated insights for statistical purposes (e.g., age range, interaction counts) to help us understand engagement and improve our services.

The social media platform providers (Facebook and Instagram) are based outside the UK/EEA (USA & Ireland). Data processed by these providers may be transferred internationally under their own legal frameworks. We do not control these transfers; you can review the platform’s privacy policy for more information on their safeguards.

The website www.staycalmteachmusic.co.uk is hosted by Webador. Advertisements on the website will place cookies on visitors' computers. Names and email addresses of people who download our resources are kept until the user unsubscribes from the mailing list. This can be done via a link in every email.

The names and email addresses of people who contact us using our published email address are kept until three months after the end of the correspondence.

The names and contact details of people who contact us via private direct messages on Facebook and Instagram are kept until three months after the end of the correspondence.

How to complain

If you remain unhappy with how we’ve used your data after raising a complaint with us, you can also complain to the ICO.
